It started at Georgetown University with an empty table set for seven that mysteriously appeared on the social floor of the library one day, a polished website, and an open invitation: come to dinner. Behind it was a senior named Lexi Cotcamp and a group of friends she described to the Washington Post as folks "who all have a little spark of madness."
