Democracy starts with you
YOU can help save our democracy!
Oct 9, 2026 – Dec 13, 2026
Defeating authoritarianism takes thousands of small actions and a lot of them start in somebody's living room. Autocrats rely on confusion, apathy, and fear. We rely on each other. And that starts with building trust with a few neighbors on your block.
What's a campaign?
A campaign is a season of events with one group behind it and lots of different folks hosting. 10 Steps Campaign set up this campaign. You host your own event under it, and it runs alongside everyone else's.
A public event shows up on this campaign's map and calendar, and on this page next to the rest. Folks can subscribe to that calendar and watch your event coming. Your event page carries a "Part of Democracy starts with you" badge that links back here, so anyone who lands on it sees what it belongs to.
