National Good Neighbor Day
Join the movement to make the world better, one neighborhood at a time.
Sep 25, 2026 – Oct 4, 2026
Celebrate National Good Neighbor Day in your neighborhood! Invite a few neighbors over for a coffee in the driveway, a long-table style dinner, or a clean-up day. Our goal is that you use this holiday to meet your neighbors, build connections, and increase belonging in your neighborhood.
What's a campaign?
A campaign is a season of events with one group behind it and lots of different folks hosting. The Hopeful Neighborhood Project set up this campaign. You host your own event under it, and it runs alongside everyone else's.
A public event shows up on this campaign's map and calendar, and on this page next to the rest. Folks can subscribe to that calendar and watch your event coming. Your event page carries a "Part of National Good Neighbor Day" badge that links back here, so anyone who lands on it sees what it belongs to.
